Terms of participation in the Forum

Participation in the events of the business program and visiting the exhibitions is free of charge for all the participants, regardless of their legal form.
Participation in the scientific program (Publication of one adopted paper 6 — 15 pages long) and paper oral or poster presentation by one of authors – € 200. Accompanying person – € 90.
Conference fee for participation covers (for one person): a conference bag with related documents, participation in all sessions and conference events. Conference fee for accompanying person covers: participation in all sessions and conference events.
All payments are made only after acceptance of an article for publication.
The delegations arrive in the city of Bangkok at their own expense, independently incurring the cost of transportation services and hotel accommodation in the city of Bangkok. Hotel booking is also carried out independently.
